How to use emoji on Hexo ? 😀

Enter this command Download hexo-filter-github-emojis
Switch to your theme’s root directory and type the following

$ npm install hexo-filter-github-emojis --save

Add the following settings to the site configuration file hexo (your blog folder name) _config.yml

githubEmojis:
  enable: true
  className: github-emoji
  unicode: true
  styles:
    display: inline
    vertical-align: middle # Freemind适用
  localEmojis:
  

Once saved you can try the emoji again on your post!
Find the emoji you want in the emoji-cheat-sheet and click to copy it. It works the same way as GitHub, for example, if you want to send a smiley 😄 just type in the emoji code for the smiley 😄 and you’re good to go.
